Tips to avoid overeating or binging
1. Eat on a blue or black plate. Dark colors usually make you feel fuller, faster. Better yet, eat on small dark plates
2. When your feeling hungry drink a glass of ice water, if your still hungry eat something small and healthy.
3. Only keep healthy food in the house.
4. Drink plenty of green tea and water, stay hydrated!
5. Chew gum
6. Don’t eat in front of TV or computer
7. Snack on fruits between meals
8. Keep a food journal
9. Don’t skip meals
10. Eat at least 1200 calories a day
11. When you feel like a snack, wait 15 minutes. If you still want to eat, get something small!
12. Eat when you’re hungry, stop when you’re not
